What are Small Groups?


Small groups are fun! To name a few happening at ERPC: Bible studies, book groups, dinner groups, quilting groups, biking groups, music groups, service/mission groups & more!

Joining a small group is a great way to connect with other people in our church. Each Small Group meets at various times throughout the week; and throughout the year. Some groups meet at church, while others meet in homes, restaurants, outside in our beautiful mountains, or in various other locations throughout the Valley.

Small groups are open to everyone!  Experience all that ERPC has to offer by connecting with other people in a small group!

How to join a Group?

1. From the list below, find a group or two that sound interesting & fun to you!

2. Email [email protected]

3. We will put you in touch with the Group Leader & he or she will reach out to you to give you details.

4. If that group sounds like a group you want to check out,
then all you have to do next is show up!

Right now, a lot of our groups are meeting both in person and online (via Zoom).

Starting a Small Group is easy! 
1. Contact ERPC: [email protected] & tell us about your Small Group idea.
2. Together, we can determine your Groups' meeting place, dates & times.
(If it's via zoom, we'll help get you set up with our zoom account & support you in hosting zoom gatherings)
3. Next, we'll help you get the word out!
4. Start inviting people!
5. Host your first Small Group!


Our small groups are intended to deepen
our relationship with God and with each other.

Being an active part of a small group is one
of the best ways to connect.

"Belong" 
Dinner Groups

These Groups are located in various neighborhoods throughout Eagle Valley. (Eagle-Vail, Avon,  Edwards, Eagle, Gypsum). These groups meet in peoples'  homes, as well as at local restaurants. These groups try to get together at least every other month.

Music Worship
Team

These various Small Groups use music to worship & praise! They play instruments & sing!  These groups meet on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.  All musical abilities welcome & encouraged! 

Threads of Love
Knitting Group

This group meets at various times and locations throughout the community.
This group knits 'prayer shawls' for people in our community that are going through a difficult time. Beginning knitters welcome! 

Soul Care
Cycling Group

This group typically only meets in the Summer. They go for a group ride, reflection time and fellowship. The end of the ride usually ends up in a meal. 

Men’s
Bible Study

This group meets every Monday mornings at 7:00am. All men are welcome to join in, anytime! 

Monday Morning
Women’s Bible Study

This group meets every Monday morning at 9:15am. All women are welcome to join in, anytime! 

Men's
Book Club

This group meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm.

Women's
Book Group

This group meets on the 1st Thursday of the month at 6:30pm.

The Navigator's
Study Group

Developing a Christlike character equips us to love one another and be a blessing in the world. 

Media/Tech
Team

This group meets on Sunday mornings This talented team of people help with all audio & visual equipment. 

Women's
Quilting Group

This group quilts blankets for all of the family's moving into all newly built Habitat for Humanity homes. They meet at various times throughout the year.

Meals & Cards
Group

This group sends cards & prepares meals for community members going through a difficult time.
