Announcement: Immediate Capital Campaign for Parking and Landscaping Improvements
On behalf of the Session of Eagle River Presbyterian Church
Dear Church Member & Valued Friend:
Eagle River Presbyterian Church truly appreciates the gifts its members and friends have blessed it with on a regular basis. As you may know from recent announcements, newsletter, and survey; ERPC hopes to take advantage of low costs in 2010 with some capital improvements long in the works.
First priority is to expand our parking lot (“our airport runway” as Rob has referred to it in his recent sermon series). Second priority, as funding allows, is to continue progress toward finishing our landscaping to the east and elsewhere. See drawing on back for a rough representation of plans – details and final approvals are in the works that may not be reflected exactly on this sketch. Initially, we hope to expand parking by about 40 spaces to the east and north.
In order to pay for some or all of these improvements, the Session has authorized a short capital campaign. If you feel that this is something to which you would like and are able to contribute, please fill out the pledge form below and return it in one of the ways indicated. Again, we value your prayful consideration of these projects. RESPONSES REQUESTED by JUNE 30, 2010.
